Nicholas Freeman '24 Recruiting Profile

I am excited for the opportunity to show you my love for the game of basketball. My goal is to play at the college level. Basketball has been a huge part of my life since I was 5 years old, and it has taught me valuable lessons about teamwork and perseverance. Throughout my life, I have continuously dedicated myself to improving my skills on the court through countless hours of training. Being part of a team and also captain of my high school varsity team has not only advanced my basketball skills but also my leadership qualities. I take pride in my ability to communicate with teammates, whether that be encouraging them after a loss or celebrating with them after a victory. 

As a student-athlete, I understand the importance of the balance of athletics and academics. Throughout my high school years, I have taken AP classes and maintained a high GPA, while also continuing to improve with the basketball team. My commitment to my studies has led to excellent grades, showing my determination and commitment to excel both on and off the court. 

I am eager to contribute my skills, work ethic, and passion to a college team while also pursuing a degree in Business. I am looking for a college that has a strong basketball program and a reputation for academic excellence.
