Joey Nations '22 Recruiting Profile

My goal is to play college basketball and get my business degree . That has been my goal and dream since I was nine years old. What makes me a good recruit for coaches is my character by being a good team mate and being a leader on both sides of the floor. My best attribute on the court would be my ability to finish around the rim using my  athleticism and create a shot for myself and for my team mates out on the floor by drawing defenders to get them open. Also my defense allows me to get steals, disrupt passes by getting deflections, and pressuring the ball full court. I take my academics very seriously because I realize it is just as important, if not more important for me to get to where I want to be as I currently maintain a 3.7 GPA. As well as basketball I do track and field. My main events are long jump which I am one of the top jumpers in my area and the 100 meter dash.
