I am a very talented basketball player with outstanding shooting ability, high IQ, great defense, athleticism, strong ball handling, high academics, and a good personality. I will work harder than any other player or person around me whether it is in basketball or in school. My goal is to play a high level of basketball at a good school that also fits my academics and I know the only way to do that is to work harder than anybody else in everything I do in my life.
I have grown up with parents who played college basketball and they know what it will take for me to get to the college level. I am fortunate enough that they were able to build me a half court gym in my house. Because of this I shoot 300-500 shots every day and do ball handling drills every single day. I became interested in basketball as soon as I was able to hold one. Basketball has always been the biggest thing in my life. Through basketball I have learned that I have a strong work ethic and leadership capabilities. One obstacle i have had to overcome is that I have always been a smaller guard so I have to work harder than anybody else on the court to get where I want to be. That has started to change recently as I am starting to grow and also get stronger and more athletic. A good thing about me is that in a pressure moment of a big game, that is when my game is at its best. I excel under pressure and don’t get nervous. In those big moments I always want the ball in my hands. Nothing will stop me from getting where I want to be. Basketball is my passion and always will be.
