Isaiah Williams '22 Recruiting Profile

Having only started playing basketball in 8th grade, after being a competitive swimmer, my basketball journey started late. It would take an enormous amount of late nights, endless practice, and dedications to reach those in my class who have been playing since birth. Nonetheless,  I took the challenege, working day in and out, growing that hunger, to make it to the next level. My sophomore year, I was able to become an important piece in my highschools varsity team and aau team.  Junior year, I began to see all the work pay off as I was a varsity starter and earned myself the award of All Colonial in my diviosn. I've been able to earn experience others would kill for quickly, and have risen up to challenges that would make others fearful. 

Along with basketball, i've been able to keep an unweighted gpa of 4.03,  weighted 4.45, earning the scholar athlete award my sophomore year. While basketball has become a major part of my lifestyle, the grades always come first. While I aspire to play basketball at the next level in college, I want want to be sure to attend a college that has the career I seek.
