My collegiate goals and aspirations include; obtaining my degree in medicine while being a student-athlete playing basketball. I strive every day to be better than the day before, I think what sets me apart from other players is my determination and perseverance. I started playing basketball at the age of six, more than eleven years. Everyone has to come together and bond to found out what kind of team they want to be and what kind of player they going to step up and be. My high school team didn't select me to be on the team in my sophomore year or junior year. I was devastated to not play either of those years, but I kept my focus and continue training, I went to AAU to develop my skills even more for senior year tryouts. Through my hard work and dedication, I finally was selected to be on the team, which showed me to keep moving and keep trying no matter how many times you fail.
