Cody Aquino '21 Recruiting Profile

The opportunity to play for a college team would be a dream experience. Stats don't matter to me but I will do anything I can in order to help us win games.   I am able to shoot the ball pretty well &  if I am having trouble scoring I find other ways to impact the game. I find different ways to contribute to the team.  I am also a leader on & off the court, keeping my other teammates accountable. I was a team captain my JV year & would have been Captain for my varsity team this year, but due to the pandemic, I didn't get the opportunity to do so. Through the pandemic, I continued to work & encouraged my teammates to work just in case the season happened.  Even though I didn't get the opportunity to showcase my skills I feel I've improved as a player & a person.  Playing collegiate ball would give me closure & show that all my work was worth it.
