My name is O’shen Cazimero. I'll be graduating with the class of 2022. I’m a starting Point Guard for Kohala High School in the State of Hawaii. I pride myself on my defense, vision of the court, and ability to create plays, not just for myself but for my teammates.
This past season, I helped lead my high school basketball team in winning our first ever state championship title. We made history! After our victorious win, I was named the Impact Player of the Division II Championship game followed by the State of Hawaii Division II Player of the Year. I also ranked 10 in the State of Hawaii. I'm humbled to have been named Big Island's Division II Player of the Year my Sophmore year after also being named Big Island's Division II Co-Player of the Year my Freshman year. These are just some of my recognitions during my first two years of high school career.
My love and passion for the game keeps me motivated to strive for more. In addition to athletics, I'm also focused on my education. As a Honor Roll student, I've learned to balance my education and my extracurricular activities. My goal is to attend college to earn a degree while playing ball with the hopes to someday play professionally.
