Christopher Chipman '21 Recruiting Profile

My main academic and athletic goals are to acquire a college education, and play basketball at the highest level possible. I am willing to work as hard as I can to reach my goals. I believe that I would be a great candidate for a coach’s team for a few reasons. I am a vocal leader on, and off of the court. I love being able to help my teammates by instructing them through any given situation on the court and can be a role-model for others in the classroom as well. I also enjoy congratulating my team when we do something well. I think that boosting your team’s morale is an essential component of being a top tier point guard. Secondly, I would make a great addition to any offense or defense because of my energy and knowledge of the game. I am also very personable, coachable, and am respectful to my teachers, coaches, and peers. Last but not least, my academic drive and personal character separate me from other potential recruits. My 3.7 GPA has been earned while taking the most rigorous courses possible. I take pride in my schoolwork and also being a good person on and off the court. I believe strongly in the talent and ability that my Heavenly Father has blessed me with, and in the blessings to come. Thank you for reading Coach!
