I have been in love with the game of basketball my whole life. I worked my way from not being able to get on the court to being a starting varsity point guard. Having a coach who believes in me has made such a positive impact on my life, not just my game. That's what I want to do with the game of basketball and with my life. I plan to use my time in college to become a well-rounded person ready to make a positive impact on the world. My experiences growing up have led me to realize how much a caring person can make a positive impact on multiple people. I plan to play the game I love as long as I physically am able and to eventually become a coach.

The first part of the day includes specific offensive and defensive instructions led by the IWU Men's basketball head coach Ron Rose—additional lessons on film breakdown, leadership, and fitness. The second half of the day is all pickup games. This was a great opportunity for me to compete against higher-level talent.
