Logan Nohren '21 Recruiting Profile

My organized basketball career began when I was 8 years old.  I find it ironic that at that time, I was competing against my future teammates, as our high schools decided to form a co-op after my career began.  Since I started playing, I have always tried to be the hardest working player on the team and to lead by example.  I have always aspired to play at the collegiate level, as both of my twin brothers and my father did before me.  I have a high basketball IQ and have been blessed with the ability to shoot well, have good footwork in the post and work hard on the glass.  Taking charges is also an area I seem to have a knack for, as I led the conference in that category this year. I am a team leader and was elected as one of my team's two captains as a junior.  I took great pride in re-writing our school's single game rebound mark this year (24), and hope to better it, hopefully a few times, next season.

Off the court, I study hard and maintain a high GPA.  I am a proud member of the National Honor Society and continue to challenge myself by taking advanced weighted college courses while still in high school.

I want to attend a college where I can push myself in the classroom and on the basketball court. I am open to all options and want to ultimately find the right college match at the highest level of competition possible. I hope to become a great role model to my friends and fellow students,  and want to continue to make my parents proud.
