Personal Statement
I have a strong passion for basketball. It's a game I've played early in life and continue to play today. I work hard to improve my game and I'm willing to work even harder to become the best player I can be. I'm dedicated to perfecting my craft and while doing so, my love for the game grows. I feel the need to constantly improve. I hustle hard, I work hard, and most importantly, I study hard.
I take school and my education very seriously. It is and always will be school before basketball, just as student comes before athlete. I have made my school's Honor Roll for all quarters of my freshman and sophomore years, both semesters, and I have a 3.6 cumulative GPA. I emphasize that my education is extremely important, especially later on in my life, and I'm bringing this same mentality with me anywhere and everywhere.
