Matthew Cooper '21 Recruiting Profile

My name is Matthew Cooper, I attend Gilman School in Baltimore, Maryland.  Ever since I was young I have dreamed of playing basketball at the collegiate level. On the court, I would describe myself as an all-around player.  By that I mean I can do whatever is asked of me, whether that is scoring, rebounding, playing tough defense or running the offense.  In the classroom, I work very hard and have managed to maintain a 4.0 GPA. In terms of my college desires, I would love to attend a “basketball school.”  My vision of a basketball school is one where the resources are up to date, and the fans are supportive. Furthermore, I highly value a school where I can earn a stellar education.  I am not sure what I will pursue as a career after college, so I want to make sure I have as many options as possible.
