2019 USA Team Maccabi World Olympics Roster.

2019 Baltimore County Division Regional Champions |  Franklin High Varsity Basketball.

When I go to college I plan on majoring in Sports Administration. I am a good candidate for teams at the collegic level because I want to work hard and I am a pass first point guard trying to make my teammates better. I am a 3.1 GPA student and school is very important to me. Most kids focus on Basketball and forget about their grades. I feel as though I manage both very well.

  • Coach Danny Hoffman: Nick played for the JCC Maccabi team I coached this past summer in California. I was impressed with him from the first practice we had, when I first noticed how much stronger he was than some of the other players and knew he was going to be one of our better guards. Nick has a lot of offensive intangibles that make him very skilled and capable as a scorer. He has a consistent midrange jump shot that can extend out to the three and stretch a defense. He has a good handle, and is physically strong enough to attack a defense and get to the rim, where he finishes well. He is also an excellent passer, which is my favorite part of his game. Nick is also a fierce competitor. He was our best on-ball defensive player, and took it as a personal to challenge to step up and successfully lock down the other team's best player. A lot of his defensive stops created offensive opportunities for us in transition, where he selflessly ran the floor. I enjoyed coaching Nick. He's a hell of a player and a great teammate, and would recommend him to be added to anyone's roster in any role.

  • Nick's junior basketball season assessment from Dave Iampieri (Varsity Franklin High Coach) Nick just completes his first varsity season and impressed me as a player that was willing to work hard and accept whatever role helped the team win. As the season progressed, Nick went from a reserve to a starter and never looked back. He had a grasp of our offense and was willing to defend anyone regardless of their size. We usually put him on the best point guard of our opponent and he rarely let me down. He was always unselfish. In the beginning he was the biggest fan and waited patiently for his opportunity. When he got that opportunity about 9 games into the season he never relinquished his role as a starter. He has great court vision and is more willing to get an assist as long as the ultimate goal is points for Franklin. He emerged as a floor leader and was instrumental in us getting to the county championship game for the first time in school history. I look forward to his continued growth and what he does in the off season to continue what we started at Franklin this year. He is respectful on and off the court as well. Feel free to call with any questions.
