I love the game of basketball and plan to coach on the college level, one day.
I bring a "winning mindset" to a team as I have been part of winning two high school state championships. I was selected All-State and All Conference. I also was was selected on the All-State tournament team.
The 2 things that really set me apart are my ability to see the floor and my ability to stretch the floor with my 3 point shooting. I have "Steph Curry - like" range and am typically the best shooter in the gym, but with that said, my floor vision is what separates me from other players. I think if you work at it enough anyone can learn to shoot the basketball but I am told my floor vision is special and can not be taught. I really put pressure on the defense with my ability to deliver the ball on time. Over the years, I have been compared to Pistol Pete, Steve Nash and Larry Bird to name a few. I really model my game after Steph Curry, but other people seem to see me more as a "Steve Nash" type player.
I honestly do not know if any of the before mentioned are fair comparisons or not but I do know that fans and coaches will walk up to games I am playing just to watch me pass the basketball. I have games where I really shoot the ball on a high level as evidenced by multiple 30 point scoring games as well as multiple games with 6,7, or even 8 made 3- Pointers but my ability to see the floor and deliver the ball to the right place at the right time seems to be a game changer.
If you are a coach looking for a player with a winning track record, a player that can really stretch the floor with good three point shooting and someone that makes everyone on the floor better, I think I would be that person.
