I am a hard worker on and off the court. I have been varsity team captain for all 4 years of my high school career. I believe that playing sports has made me be more responsible and aware that all actions have consequences, that not only affect myself, but others. I take being the team leader seriously, in working with the lower class freshmen to build their skills in offensive and defensive plays.
I have stepped and volunteered to coach a first grade basketball team for my nephew's team. This allows me to share the skills that I have learned with younger players, and encourage in them the passion that I have for this sport.
