My collegiate goals are to attend a 2-year college, majoring in IT and play basketball. I think my commitment to working hard and playing hard for my team (examples: being first in practice drills, commitment to making play defensively, being a team player first) makes me a good candidate for any team. I have had always had to work hard to overcome issues in speech and maintaining grades, work hard to compete in basketball because I'm shorter than most players, but I feel like I have to do whatever it takes to be the best player I can be giving by maximum effort, showing no fear to compete against one, and knowing I can always get better.
