My name is Zed, and I am a 5’9, 165lbs, point guard. I am entering my senior season at Desert Oasis High School in Las Vegas, NV. I am ready and continue to put in the work required to play at the next level. I have been evaluated to handle the ball with both hands and finish with either. My shooting ability allows me to drive mid range shots with a great stroke. I show the ability to score from all levels. I am a key yet versatile defensive player. Moreover, I am an athlete that wants to keep enhancing and sharpening my skills so I can perform at the collegiate level and beyond.

I am a high energy player that is known for my basketball acumen and ability to motivate teammates to overcome on the court obstacles to superior game time performance. I believe that relationships off the court help cultivate team camaraderie, so I spend time with my teammates as they are more like brothers than friends. Off the court, I spend my extra time as a self-taught barber apprentice. My talent has allowed me to cut professional athletes, men, women, and children’s hair allowing them to look and feel their best.

I want to continue playing basketball at the collegiate level and love the game and understand the value of being part of something that is bigger than myself also known as a power team.

Post athletics, I will already be an entrepreneur, driving my love for history, creative arts, graphic design, and branding. I see basketball as an essential part of my life as it gives me balance, life skills and physical awareness to be successful in a world where teamwork, relationship management, and problem solving are essential.
