My Godmother gave me a Fisher-Price basketball hoop on my first birthday and I have had a basketball in my hand every day since then. I have an insurmountable love of the game. I have been fortunate in that my skill has matched that love and enthusiasm. I have played organized basketball since I was 7 years old - AAU, rec leagues, middle and high school. I have always wanted to play on the college level and I am positive that I am prepared for the hard work. I love to compete and I am coachable. I have been fortunate enough to have had some really good coaches with differing coaching methods. I am a big point guard who can get to the basket and handle the ball very well. I also play the 2 and 3 very well. My versatility in basketball allows me to play any position as the need arises. I have been told that my court awareness is well above average and that I have a very high Basketball IQ. I can rebound and push the ball at any tempo. I am unselfish player and a leader in assists. To me teamwork is everything. I really enjoy the team dynamic and I always try to boost the team morale in or out of the game. My belief in hard work drives me to work to perfect. My goal is to find a good college or university where I can play at the highest level possible which will allow me to major in the field I choose off of the court.
