I am currently finishing up my junior year at Cato-Meridian High School where I played for the varsity football, basketball and baseball teams. I have always played multiple sports growing up. Basketball was the one that caught my eye, even from a young age I knew that’s what I wanted to work hard for.
I've played Varsity Basketball since my sophomore year at Cato-Meridian. My junior year I averaged 16.3 points, achieved awards like 2023 Boys Basketball All Stars, OHSL First Team All League and MVP for our Cato-Meridian Sports Booster Tournament. I can confidently say when I’m on the court my IQ for the game is going to be a strong intangible for me. Not only can I shoot the 3 ball well and penetrate the ball, I do it with a purpose. When I do this, I do it with a vision. My coach told me I have that ability to see the whole court when I'm out there and I take that skill very seriously for my team. Getting people open shots is a specialty of mine. I value that assist just as much as that basket. I am an asset to my team because of my leadership throughout practices and games. I get the teams energy flowing before we go out on the court. I always communicate and make sure our team chemistry is there. Because I have developed strong leadership skills with a high IQ of the game from playing basketball at a young age, this is a foundation I look forward to working hard to build off of.
