Personal Statement

Welcome! My name is Myles Reddick, I am currently a Junior at John Jay High School East Fishkill.

I have always had a passion for track. Ever since I started track in high school, I have played and also studied the art of the sport. I truly consider myself a leader on the field, and have always had a knack for throwing. I primarily throw javelin and have worked tirelessly on my form, power and shooting arm speed. I have done other events including shot put and discus.

I place extreme importance on improving myself each and every day. That entails working on throwing skills as well as speed, agility and strength. I also have a strong work ethic when it comes to my academics, and pride myself on my grades.

I believe I would be a great addition to any team because I am dedicated, hardworking, and focused. I have always worked to improve my javelin skills and will continue to do so throughout my college career and will do it while maintaining my grades.

I look forward to hearing back from any interested coaches! Thank you for taking the time to view my profile.
