Hope you are having a great day Coach! I would like to introduce myself, My name is Isaiah Seijo Jr and I am from Queens New York. I am currently playing my Freshman year at an NAIA school in Miami Gardens called St.Thomas University. I am very passionate about the game of basketball and lookIng forward to learning each day. The books are just as important as my performance on the court. I am a high energy player, keeping the energy high in practice and learning quick are important to me.  I am very patient when it comes to an opportunity. When the time is right I believe in my coaches decision in deciding when it’s ready to compete. I love to learn the playbook and adapt to the system as quick as I can. I am very strong for a guard and use that to my advantage on defense and boxing out, doing the little things right to help win games. Coaches in the past told me it’s not all about scoring, the little things do win games. There are many people in my life that has help me become such a dynamic athlete from my trainer keeping my skills up to par on the weekends SAT/SUN To my mentor Austin Sherell advice to me about Stretching and mobility, being heavy in my routine. Green tea when i wake up and decaffeinated tea before i go to sleep to nourish my body with antioxidants. A gallon of water wherever i go. I love pool workout and sprints. Track has helped me become an all around athlete. Always carry a basketball wherever i go to never lose my touch. Love to ready financial literacy and motivation books to keep me peaceful.
