Personal Statement
Playing for Mount Vernon High School was a great experience. I believe it is helping me grow into a much better player then i was last year. The coaches always told us education then basketball. They pushed me to go harder and develop a hunger to want more, win more and also to be better than the people around me. This program is helping me everyday to become the player i want to be.
For my first time with this program the coaching staff have taught me alot about communication, teamwork, and sacrifice. Those three things are the key to a great player and to compete at a college level. I’m looking for a program that’s going to continue to push me and that’s a good fit for me academically. I believe i have the talent to play at a college level and have the hunger to get even better and have an impact on your program.
