James Rebholz '21 Recruiting Profile

I aspire to experience the opportunity to play basketball on a college scale, whether for a smaller Division III/NAIA college/university or for a strong club team in a higher division.  My primary goal is to find the right overall college/university fit that also provides me the chance to play the one sport I love.

I'm known on and off the court for bringing a strong, positive influence on any team I’ve been a member, whether it is AAU, JV or Varsity.  Coaches have consistently commented that I’m a calming force in any environment, working to move the ball and not getting emotional no matter the situation or stress level.  I appreciate the small nature of the basketball team, building strong camaraderie and ultimately lasting friendships.  There is no experience like being in the locker room sharing in a hard fought win or loss with people you’ve come to rely on year after year.  I’m driven to continue that throughout my college years and am willing to work extremely hard in athletics or academics to reach my goal.
