I went to PACE for a semester ( 15 hours was just too far from home ) left there with 3 A's and a B! Verbally committed to Livingstone but after thinking about it I did not feel like that was the place for me I will have four years of eligibility!
Evaluations of Jarrod Evans
No. 214 6’8 ’15 Jarrod Evans of M.A.C.K. Prep, Charlotte NC
The best part of Jarrod’s game is his mobility. He has the ability to step out and knock down the midrange jumper and occasionally find the bottom of the nets on his limited 3-point attempts. Jarrod has passer friendly hands and good footwork in the post, but more importantly he has outstanding fundamentals for a player his size/position. Coach Billingsley stated, “Jarrod is a very agile big man and has good strength. He has great fundamentals and play solid defense.” In addition, we like the fact that Jarrod is a willing passer out of the post position. If he doesn’t have a good offensive move, he doesn’t mind kicking it back out to reset the offense. Jarrod is a really good team player and will be one to watch in the 2015 class for unsigned seniors. (NC Phenom 150 Camp by Coach Rick Lewis)

IntenCity Hoops Projection: D-1 Prospect Jarrod Evans was also #1 in Evaluation Clinic! Coach Allen, comments Solid Inside/ Outside Post with a soft Touch Around the rim. Solid athlete who uses right hand jump hook will and is capable of using both hands around the rim. Also is capable shooter facing out to 15ft. Runs the floor well and has good hands when receiving a pass...Needs to get Stronger.
I seriously considered Coach Allen's recommendation about strength training. I now have a personal trainer and weight lifting four days a week and working on me 3pt shooting!
I am a Christian, and my faith is very important to me.
