My goal is to continue my education after high school, and I see basketball as something that can help make it happen. Basketball is more than just a game it's my way of life in more ways than one. I don't have any blood brothers but I have gained some great brothers on the court. We work out together, we compete against each other and with each other, but then I separate myself. I go to the gym to work on my skills. I study film to work on my game and broaden my IQ. To make it to the next level that means you have to do something to separate yourself from others; to me that means doing what I need to do in the classroom, on the court and at home. My father told me don't do things that will make me say "I wish I did this and I wish I did that". I take that as don't take things for granted my family, my health, school, and basketball. I value my family because they are my support. I take care of my body and do the little things after running up and down the court and I make time to study to make sure my grades are on point. My high school coach told me to do what I need to do in the classroom and everything else will come into place .
