Spencer Ramsey '17 Recruiting Profile

My goal is to be a great high school athlete and then to go on and play at the college level. When I was ten years old my father died and ever since then, I have wanted to help my mom out with college. I work extra hard at what I do. I have a great attitude and I take constructive criticism well. I would like to become a firefighter after I have finished my education and basketball career, but I also would enjoy teaching others about the game of basketball. When games get frustrating and tough, I have had to stay positive and I pride myself on being a strong motivator and encouragement to my teammates. I have also learned patience and discipline through both sports and other aspects of my life like working with autistic very children in my community. I am very passionate about playing basketball and building my character and hope to become great team player and leader for a great coach!
