Dear Coaches
I love Basketball and started playing at 13 years of age, I am aiming to become a Professional Player. I have a high GPA and would like to earn my degree whilst playing in the Top College Basketball Divisions. I am currently doing 4 or 5 hours per day for school and and 4 hours of training (average) and it's a routine that suits me and shows that I can cope with High Level Basketball as well as my Studies.
I have strong ball handling and footwork skills, I have a mental toughness and I am hard worker as well as a team player. Always strive to give the best and lead by example on and outside the court. When I started to play it was a revelation I loved it more than any of the other sports I had done, Basketball is not just a sport , it's my life!
After completing my degree I hope to become a Pro Player but should that not arise, I have my eyes on working in the FIBA or NBA to develop the game in South Africa where I have roots.
Thank you for your Consideration.
Shane.
