My name is Maxwell Santa. I am a 5'10 shooting guard from Aynor High School. As a basketball player I possess more than the ability to play. I am a leader and like to work hard to achieve goals. One of my best attributes that I possess is the ability to shoot the basketball. However, this past season, I embraced the concept of becoming even more of a team player and leader. I enjoy working with coaches and programs that push me to become a better player on and off the court.
As a Christian, Jesus Christ is my biggest influence in life and I am a follower of Him. I am very active in my church where I am a leader in our youth group team, and have also taught Sunday night Bible classes to fourth and fifth graders. I enjoy helping people in the community during times of need such as food shelters, pre and post hurricane flooding, and other life impacting situations. I have maintained a 4.28 weighted GPA and like to challenge myself by taking honors classes.
