Sam Burgess '23 Recruiting Profile

I have played basketball basically all of my life. To receive a scholarship to play college basketball is something that I have always aspired to do. You could ask anyone that knows me what kind of character I show, and they would tell you good things. My transcript shows that I have excellent grades and I've averaged an A since kindergarten. I have great shooting form, good ball-handling skills, and a high basketball IQ. So far, I averaged 16.8 ppg in JV and 4.6 ppg in Varsity. I plan on making a much bigger impact for my school, OCA, over these next couple of years. To receive a scholarship to play college basketball would be something that I have always dreamed of doing. I want to make a difference for the team.
