As a player, I think working as a team is just as important as winning as a team. I love when a coach corrects me, it reminds me that he sees even more potential in me and knows I can offer more. Because my mother works with un-coachable kids daily, being coachable has been instilled in me from a very young age. I see her frustration when she knows her athletes will never get any better because they can not take criticism. What I'm looking for in a college and basketball program is a Family Unit, working together to achieve one goal. I am looking for a school that will promote having a relationship on and off the court to build morale for the team, trusting that each player has the best interest of the team and its players at heart.
