I have always dreamed of playing college basketball. I want to become the best basketball player I can be with the goal of starting on a successful college basketball team. I am willing and ready to work hard for it and to seek out new skills as well as to improve current ones.
I believe that I am a good candidate for a college team because I am a hard worker who is passionate about the game. I am highly coachable and enjoy working with a team of guys who together are all striving toward the same purpose. Naturally athletic, I have good offensive skill with a scoring mindset, excel on defense, and according to my coach have talents for the game for which I have only begun to scratch the surface.
My character will stand out from others through my dedication and pursuit of personal integrity, respect for authority, and diligence in my work ethic on and off the court including in the classroom. Athletically I believe that I have speed and agility that many bigger guys that are built like me normally do not have. Also because I have played every position on the court, I have a variety of skills that improve my game and would help the team. Academically I am dedicated to pursuing excellence.
