Personal Statement

I started to love basketball at 5 years old. Basketball teaches you so many great things. Basketball has also helped me make new friends and unlock different aspects of my game. Basketball teaches you how to be a leader and have courage. Having courage and being a leader can help you in the classroom and on the court. Basketball also makes you mentally tough. Games can be crazy sometimes but you have to be mentally tough. When you play sports, you also have to have good time management. With practices and tournaments, you have to be able to stay on top of your grades and grades are very important to me. I always stay on top and on track of my grades.  AAU, school basketball, and rec league basketball teaches you so much and that's why I love the game!

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
