Luke Carson '21 Recruiting Profile

    I have been playing basketball since 2nd grade.  Ever since I hit middle school, I've been dreaming of playing at the collegiate level.  On the court, I've always loved to be leader and encourage and correct my teammates.  I feel I am a good all-around player, but my biggest strengths are my Basketball IQ, and ability to create and make plays, whether it's scoring, locking down on D, or setting my teammates up.  

Off the court, I work hard in my academics and have been making strides every year in my GPA.  The biggest thing for me in my character that I try to bring each and every day, is perseverance and determination.  I know the way to improve in any area in life and athletics, is to never be satisfied or comfortable with where I'm at.  The work ethic and mental state of mind is what separates the good from the great in my opinion, and that's what I feel is different between me and other athletes.
