My name is Kai’Ree Murray. I am 16 years old,I am 6’2 and my main position is a Shooting Guard but I can play the Point Guard and Small Forward position if needed. I am very energetic and dedicated as a player, I can play any role the team needs me to play.
A few college goals I want to achieve are to win NCAA player of the year, and I want to be able to give my college team the number one seed. What inspires me is two of my favorite basketball players of all time Lebron James and Allen Iverson seeing them do what I want to do as a player gives me drive and determination to be the best in the world. I know I will have to put in effort for that and I am willing to do so.
What makes me a great player is that I can catch fire quickly and if I don’t I have a high IQ for the game of basketball. I know the types of shots to shoot, when to pass the ball and making a play out of no play. What makes me different from the other teams players is that I love defense-some might not but I love being able to make sure the other teams will not score on me. I want to be able to guard the other team's best player. My character traits are, I am a loyal player to my team, the team comes first, I am a honest player and I am a very smart player and detailed player. I've been playing basketball since I was six years old, I also understand academics are the most important thing in an athlete’s career. If an injury arises, you (we) need to be able to carry on an intellectual conversation regarding the game of basketball, health and wealth and other events taking place within the world.
