I am Russ Wells-a Senior at Isle of Wight Academy and want to continue my basketball career in college. I work hard in the classroom and in the gym-putting in in the long hours- and know that is what it will take to make my dreams happen and to help my team be successful. I I believe my understanding of the game is one of my strengths and my willingness to put my team first. Good attitude and work ethic are very important to me and I strive to lead by example as a member of my team.
I want to continue my playing career in college not only because of my love for the game but also because I want to continue to develop as a player and a person. I believe I have a lot to offer to a college basketball program and to the campus community as well.
