Jayse Tully '21 Recruiting Profile

Coming from rural WV, I am use to challenging situations, especially on the court.  Winning and losing teaches you many different lessons.  My mental toughness, basketball I.Q.  and coachability are traits that I have learned by being the underdog most of my life.   I have had winning seasons and tough losses that have taught me that teamwork, dedication and sacrifice are what it takes to overcome the obstacles that my rural high school program has always faced.     I have learned after years of playing sports that I thrive under pressure.  Big games are my favorite place to show my skills as a point guard.  Passing is one of my specialties as well as driving to the basket.   Because of my speed, my defense is lockdown and I am always assigned to the shooter of the opponent.  I expect to have a big senior season so look for my hudl clips!  

I am looking for a program that will be a good fit for me not only athletically but academically as well.  I believe my talent, character and work ethic will allow me to make an immediate impact on any team.  

****Junior Season started off great averaging 15.6 ppg.  Suffered a broken right arm on 1/21/2020 during a game and missed the last 9 games.  So video footage will be limited to the first 13 games.  Ready for a full spring and summer of ball!
