Playing full-time varsity basketball and baseball was probably the biggest achievement in my high school career so far. I feel that playing varsity last year has set me apart from the other players in my class because I am now a step ahead of them and I now what to expect this upcoming year. This year I will be the guy that is going to be playing the most and going to have to be the teams leader. My personal goal this year is to make 1st Team All-Conference and help bring my team a Conference Championship. All I want to do is win, and if that means taking more shots or dishing the ball to my teammates to good shots I will do everything in my power to do so.
One thing I found out this past summer playing AAU is that I am very good at playing with other people. I have found the value of teamwork, leadership, and responsibilities and now can use this to further set me apart from other athletes. I want to play at the college level and play at the highest possible level I can but I also want a future for myself and to get a good education. This year my goal is to get a 3.8 GPA or higher so I can help make myself a better candidate for a student-athlete. All-in-all I hope to be playing college ball sometime in the future and I hope that I can help better your team in any way possible and look forward to what is yet to come.
