Luke Beighley '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is Luke, and I will be a junior at Whitehall Memorial high school this upcoming basketball season. Since I can remember, I've always had the dream of playing college basketball. I have always been a hard worker, on and off the court. It has been important to me to always try my best in whatever I do, and if I don't come out on top, I take a step back and work even harder. In basketball, I always give my all, and I stay very humble. I know how to keep the floor spaced and how to keep an offense flowing. As of now I play the power forward/center spot, but I have been working on skills that would allow me to be at the point guard or shooting guard spot. In my current spot, I pride myself on my rebounding ability, and my ability to pass the ball from the post, while also having the ability to score effectively with my back to the basket, and from behind the arc. Any of my coaches without a doubt would say I'm a very coachable player, and I always have my teammates' backs. I would absolutely jump on the chance to play basketball at a collegiate level, and I am willing to put the work in to do so.
