My name is Thomas Florek, I am in my senior year of High school, and this will be my fourth year of diving, I attended two different clubs in my off season time over the years. One was Viking Diving Club with Coach Rick Carlson, I was with him for six sessions over two years, and the other was Windy City Diving with coach Susan Bromberg, I was only with them for one session, due to Covid-19. But do not worry, I am ready to get on a board at any time and any place.
Since Covid-19 has limited my training capabilities I took it upon myself to do some more unorthodox training methods to make sure I’m always in shape and ready to get on a board.
