Most important, I would like to attend and dive for a good school that challenges me academically and prepares me for the next stages of adult life. I love being part of a team and will work hard for my coach and for any team that I am a part of.
Once I set a goal, I am very driven to achieve. I am willing to take on any challenge and work to continuously improve. For example, my grades after Freshman year were not where I wanted them, so I put my mind to it and now as a Junior, my GPA for this semester is a 3.8, with a shot at a 4.0. Last year in diving, I qualified for State, but did not dive as well as I thought I could, so I worked hard and made the finals. I hope next year to make the podium.
Most people find me likable, respectful and responsible. If I say I am going to do something, I do it. I currently work at a local Grocery Store between my Diving and Tennis schedules and am a highly regarded employee and have never missed a day.
I believe that I will be an asset for whatever diving program is willing to take a chance on me.
