I became interested in diving when I was a freshman in high school. I began gymnastics at the age of ten. I especially like the trampoline. When I got to high school. I wanted to use my gymnastics as a way to get involved, and diving was the sport that worked best. As a first-year diver, it was challenging to make the transition but then it made sense. My diving coach helped me learn more challenging dives, and my scores began to improve. I especially enjoy being part of my swimming and diving team. This year my senior year, I was chosen, captain. I like diving for my team, and I hope we do well at state this year. My personal goal is to break the record at our school for diving.
Diving helps me to stay focused. I'm proud of the work and discipline I put into my diving because I see growth at each meet. I am hoping to continue my
