Hello College Coaches

My name is Nixon Lauritzen, I am a Junior at Temescal Canyon High School in Southern California. I currently hold a 4.3 which has placed me in the top 25 of my graduating class. I am in the Advanced Engineering Academy at my High School and have goals of continuing my Engineering studies into my College Education. With my studies in Engineering and the difficulties it brings, it has taught me how to manage my time diligently. 

Golf is my life, some of my earliest memories include a golf club. As I have grown older, my passion for this game has grown as well as my determination to improve. I am fortunate enough to live on a golf course which has allowed me the opportunity to practice and play nearly every day. In doing so, it is helping me reach one of my many goals, to play Collegiate Golf.  My most recent success on the golf course include shooting a career low of 6 Under Par during a Two day Future Champions Golf Tournament. 

I know I would be a great candidate for your Golf Team, I work hard to obtain my goals, have compassion for my teammates but hold them to the same high standards as I do for myself.
