Personal Statement

Hello, my name is Dakota Dolph.  I appreciate you taking time to check out a little more about me and my golf game.  Living in Conifer, Colorado has allowed me great opportunities to enjoy the game of golf.  I made the Conifer High School Varsity Golf Team as a freshman and during my sophomore & junior year I made First-Team All-Conference.  Throughout the rest of year aside from high school golf I compete in Junior Golf Alliance of Colorado and Rocky Mountain Junior Golf events.

Golf has grabbed my attention ever since I was in middle school and has since then been my main sport. To me there is no other sport like golf where the goal is to beat yourself. I've found that golf is a helpful way to learn skills that help outside of the sport. It has helped build my integrity and built up my social skills.  I want to be my best self and I believe golf is a sport I can stick with for my whole life.

Outside of golf, school is my number one focus. I have taken Honors and Advanced Placement classes to extend my learning to its fullest.  Working hard to keep my grades up is first on my to-do list. Getting the best education is key to trying to become my best.

If given a chance to play college golf I'm all in. I will be working my hardest to be a successful teammate and be a proud representation of the school and community.

Thank you
