My primary goals are to play college golf, get a great education and continue on to play golf at the professional level. Growing up, I always aspired to play golf at the collegiate and professional levels, and I work on my game, academics and physical fitness daily. I first held a club in my hands at the age of four, and I started playing tournament golf at the age of seven. I work each and every day to become a better player, on and off the course. I have a 3.81 core GPA (4.34 weighted) and I am ranked in the top 20% in my school for my graduation class. My two favorite places are on the golf course and in the gym. I fully understand that physical fitness helps athletes across all sports, including golf. In addition to golf, I played other sports growing up, including soccer, basketball and football, including playing on my high school football team, and I always came back to golf. I have a super high golf IQ, and this sets me apart from my competition. I know when to play aggressively and when to lay off, which can make a difference of multiple strokes and, ultimately, winning or losing. People say I am mature for my age, though I call it focused. I know how to work hard, yet I also know how to have fun. I want to play on a cohesive college golf team, where the coaches and teammates share the same values, objectives and goals as me.
