Shamus Fitzpatrick '12 Recruiting Profile

I am entering my senior year at St. Ignatius College Prep in Chicago, IL and have made a personal commitment to play college golf and have a student/athlete experience while in school. I am looking for the right combination of academics and athletics and am open to geographic location. I am a four year varsity starter with a .9 handicap. I have been elected captain the last three seasons and was selected as a student leader by my teachers; allowing me the privilege of participating in the St. Ignatius Student Leadership Program. I am a two time All-State qualifier and have twice been selected 1st Team All Conference in the Chicago Catholic League. I was also named team MVP last season. I am a hard worker, very coachable and willing to commit the time necessary to reach my full potential. I am excited about the prospects of playing in college and taking my game to the next level.
