Hunter Mettille '19 Recruiting Profile

    I started playing golf at the age of 7 after my uncle introduced me to the sport.  To this day one of my best decisions has been to pursue the sport of golf.  Golf has really impacted the young man that I have become.  Golf, school, and especially my parents have been positive influences on me while growing up.

    I love to excel at everything I do, especially academically.  My main goal in high school academically is to graduate while maintaining a GPA over a 4.0.  Continuing my education is extremely important to me.  I want to earn a bachelor's degree and possibly a master's while working hard studying what I love.  I really enjoy being a leader in everything I am a part of whether it is on the golf course, the basketball court, or in the classroom.  My desire and determination have also really helped me to evolve into the student athlete I have become.  My desire to compete and be the best at everything I do helps me in the classroom and on the golf course.
