As a high school student and athlete, I have learned as well as taken on the responsibility needed to be successful. In the class room I'm currently receiving a B average and am a member of the marching band, jazz ensemble, and musical wind ensemble. Athletic wise I am a part of IJGA as well as MAJGT and am taking lessons from a top 100 coach acclaimed by Golf Digest Brendan Doyle. My sophomore season I received the EGHS athletic medallion for self discipline. During my junior season I was a medalist at the RMHS invitation where I shot 80. I also got second place at the hilldale best ball competition where my partner and I carded a 77. This year I finished 16th in the conference for the regular season with my low round of 38 in a MSL match. I am confident in myself during competition and like helping out and being a team player. Outside of school besides working on my aspirations in golf, I am part of a Youth Advisory Board, a caddy, and I work at the local movie theatre. These things have helped me to be a better person on and off the course.
