My name is Ethan Hanaman and like so many others, I have been playing golf as long as I can remember. One of the most important things I have learned about golf is that you never stop learning in this game. I am looking to continue improving my golf game at a college that is the right fit for me academically. I want the next step to be one where I can work towards reaching my full potential both on the course and off. I am coachable, humble and know that I would make a great addition and teammate to the right program.
Being a 2 sport varsity athlete beginning my freshman year in both golf and wrestling I have learned a lot about being a great leader and what that means for the team. My dad has always taught me to be a leader not a follower but what I learned being a freshman on varsity in both golf and wrestling is, how much better of a leader I became by learning from our juniors and seniors in both sports. This enabled me to become a much better captain my junior year for for both my golf and wrestling teams. I look forward to joining a strong college golf program, and to learn more from my future team leaders and continuing my growth in the classroom and on the course .
