I started playing golf when I was in 8th grade. Up until that point I was a full-time lacrosse player, and I read in a magazine that some of the best lacrosse players played golf in the offseason. So, my parents signed me up for golf lessons to learn the fundamentals and I have not been able to put my clubs down ever since. I played lacrosse from 3rd grade until Sophomore year of high school, but then realized that it just wasn't right, and turned my focus to golf. When I am not playing golf, I am spending time with family and friends, being active outside, and building and working on computers.
I have learned and grown an extraordinary amount during the short amount of time while playing golf. I learned through three years of golfing that I can learn a lot from the bad days, I believe that it is important to have bad days because it shows what you need to fix or change. I have also learned that I am not a quitter. So, even on my off days I will continue to do the absolute best that I can.
