Alexander Gallegos '25 Recruiting Profile

My name is Alex Gallegos, and I am a high school senior with a deep passion for golf. I’ve been dedicated to the sport since I was 14, and my commitment has led me to be a varsity team member since my freshman year. Over the past three years, I’ve had the honor of competing in the State Championship, where I achieved 4th place. In addition, I’ve secured 1st place in two tournaments and finished as the runner-up seven times.

I’m known for my hard work and determination, qualities that are recognized and valued by my coaches. My dream is to play for a Division 1 team, but I am open to any division that allows me to grow and compete at a high level. My ultimate goal is to become a professional golfer or to push my talent as far as it can go.

Beyond the competition, I understand the importance of enjoying the game and maintaining a balance between fun and focus. Academically, I have strong skills in Math and Computer Science, which complement my strategic thinking on the course. I am looking for a mentor and coach who can help guide me to the next level, both as an athlete and an individual.
